Hi its Nicola, I wanted to use my slot to show you the wonderful card Adele sent me last week for my birthday, it came after I posted on here and she hasnt shown her work of art on here, so wanted to make sure you all see it.
The front is an aperture with gorgeous lace and it has the buestifully CB embossed centre with 'Nicola' image from Girls about town .
